Stantec was engaged by the RMWB to provide consultation, conceptual design, and construction drawings for landscape and streetscape improvements in the existing community of Beacon Hill. The Community Placemaking Initiative (CPI) is focused on developing the identity and creating a visiable theme for an existing residential community in an effort to enhance the 'sense of place' and further develop community pride. The design development process included client and public consultation and the eventual design focused on architectural elements at entry locations, speciality paving and fencing, and additional landscape planting.
